This is the first Birchbox* i have ever received and i was thoroughly impressed, so much so i wanted to do a full post dedicated to it.
Birchbox launched in the US in 2010 and came to the UK not too long ago after acquiring Joliebox in 2012. Its £10 a month plus £2.95 shipping for 5 luxe samples with you being able to cancel at anytime.
As were in the world cup season, this box was appropriately named 'Global strikers' and even included a added extra of a Brazil themed, birchbox flip flop keyring.
As you can see products from big name brand such as Caudalie, Beauty blender, OPI and Embryolisse.
I have wanted to try a beauty blender for the longest time so this one plus the blender cleanser is perfect and retails for £26.
This mini OPI in Where did Suzis Man Go? Is from the OPI Brazil 2014 collection and is the perfect shade of pastel orange which i will definitely get lots of wear from this Summer.
Caudalie is a brand i have sampled and enjoyed using in the most so looking forward to giving the divine oil a whirl. Its a dry oil that sinks in fast and hydrates skin, perfect for summer legs.
Embryolisse is a brand i have admired from a far but never used, this is the cult French moisturiser that is raved about by so many and this 5ml sample is perfect for travel and will be coming to Morocco with me this summer.
Silk and Honey is a brand ive never heard of, but i am a fan of hair masks and this shea butter one sounds amazing. It vows to protect and soften hair whilst fortfying its elasticity.
I might be getting a little ahead of myself, especially after only one box but Birchbox is one of my favourite beauty boxes to date. I will 100% get use out of every single product in this months box and i love the balance of nail, hair products, skin care and make up products.
