I was recently sent a couple of lipsticks from NATorigin, a brand i was unfamiliar with. The NATorigin range is designed to be as free-from chemical or irritating ingredients as possible therefore all products are suitable for those with sensitive skin. NATorigin also won the award of Best Lipstick in the 2012 Green Parent Natural Beauty Awards.
The two lipsticks i was sent are Lychee and Papaya. The formulation of these lipsticks are seriously one of the best i have ever tried. They have really captured a great combination of lipstick and lipbalm that feel extremely silky on the lips and glide on with such ease. They are so moisturing and glossy without feeling sticky and have a beautiful sheen. The colour pay off is really good too and to say they are so balm-like they have very good pigmentation. They are extremely creamy and last a good while on the lips. Overall i am extremely impressed!
The NATorigin lipstick in Lychee is a mid toned pink that has berry undertones and quite mauve looking on the lips. This is a shade that is somewhat different to anything else i own in my collection.
♥ NATorigin Papaya Lipstick ♥
The NATorigin Papaya lipstick is definitely my favourite of the two. It is an absolutely gorgeous peachy nude shade that reminds me very much of Shy Girl by MAC.
The colour range isnt absolutely massive and they currently have six shades on offer. I would love to see them do a gorgeous pink shade as shades currently on offer are nudes, mauves and corals. Price wise these lipsticks come in at £15.50 which is a little more than i was personally expecting them to be. However they do boast 100% naturally sourced ingredients in their lipsticks, have a fresh natural scent and are chemical free.
Each tube is 3g so exactly the same size as a MAC lipstick so you get a decent amount of product.
The NATorigin lipsticks are available to buy from here.
