Hello my loves,
A new Sleek MakeUP Palette popped through my letterbox today! It forms part of the new Limited Collection aptly named 'The 2012 Collection' that includes everything to get you into the Olympic spirit!
There are 3 products in this collection: The i-Divine eyeshadow palette in 'Glory', a Blush in 'Honour' and a Pout Polish in 'Pride'.
The i-Divine in Glory contains 12 powder eyeshadows, 2 matte and the rest shimmer. The shade names are taken from some of Londons famous underground stations such as Circle, Central and Victoria and echo vibrant shades taken from the Olympic rings.
As with most Sleek MakeUP i-Divines these colours are vibrant and well pigmented. The top row of colours seem to be more neutral and easy to wear whereas the bottom row are full of bright shades.

My personal favourites are the more wearable tube, overground bakerloo that i can see my using quite often. However the much more brighter colours i wont really get a lot of use from as they are just something wouldnt personally wear but i know a lot of people are going to fall in love with this palette!
Perfect for the Olympic season that is approaching!
Sleek MakeUp's 2012 collection is available for a limited time only and launches on the 4th July 2012 in Superdrug stores nationwide and online at sleekmakeup.com
Will you be purchasing?
xx
ooh I like the way the some of the names are places in London, and the colours are really pretty! Becky x

Ooh I like how Sleek has recently revamped their packaging! Probably won't be purchasing this one however, the colors aren't very wearable for me at least! xxx
ReplyDeleteI love this!! I would use the brighter colours as a lower lash liner for a pop of colour when I am wearing plain outfits or on holiday as washed over the lid for a beachy look. They look nicely pigmented too which I didn't find with the last palette from Sleek xx
ReplyDeleteI love the look of District! I never buy palettes though as I'm so fussy about what colours I wear and I hate owning make-up I'll never use :P Looks lovely x
ReplyDeleteLove the theme of this palette! Especially loving the names. Tube and Bakerloo look like they would work so well together xx

This palette is gorgeous, think I'd only end up using the top neutral row too though!
ReplyDeleteI agree with most I think i'd only use the top row. Maye if the bottom row was more pastels I'd be inclined to buy! Good idea though! The yellow just puts me off!
ReplyDeleteLowly post though

ReplyDeleteI love the London theme and names! The brighter colours are so lovely but I agree with you - they're not very wearable for me personally - but the metallic shades are definitely more my thing!
