Pivoine Delicate is the Spring 2012 offering from L'Occitane that is a limited edition fragrance and beauty product collection inspired by the Peony flower.
The collection includes a Eau De Toilette perfume, brilliant lip shines, lipstick, hand cream, EDT and gloss duo, shimmering powder and fresh mist.
I received one of the lipsticks in shade 02 named Pivoine Delicate*- the name of the collection is the pink lipstick of the collection that leans more to a peachy brown when on the lips and swatched. I must admit this is the first time i have used anything from L'Occitane so i wasnt too sure of what to expect, however the lipstick was nicely pigmented, that could have been built up for a more intense colour and felt like a lip balm and lipstick combined. It felt moisturising and non sticky on the lips and i didnt find it clung to any dry patches.
The packaging of all the products in this collection are simply stunning. The lipstick has a textured pink cardboard packaging that is sturdy with the peony flower printed on it which is the theme across the whole collection and can be soon on either all of the products or their outer packaging.
The L'Occitane Pivoine Delicate Collection will be out in April on the L'Occitane Website for a Limited time only. The lipsticks will retail for £12.50 for 3.5g.
I will also be reviewing the Eau De Toilette so look out for that!
