Happy Sundays lovelies!
Hope you have all had a lovely weekend!
As you all probably know, MAC is one of my all time favourite make up brands! It never fails to let me down and i always find something i like, usually the lipsticks! However, collections have been letting me down lately! I was gunna completely bypass the MAC Glitter and Ice Holiday collection after seeing swatches online, however i couldnt resist the temptation of this paint pot when i swatched it in store at the Leeds Blogger Meet Up!
Morning Frost is a lovely smokey brown/taupe colour with shimmer that i usually pair with patina eyeshadow blending out for a daytime look, it is actually the combo i am wearing today as they are more or less in the same colour family and it brightens the eyeshadow slightly!
I do love MAC Paint pots and have a small collection of 4 currently! I think they make fab eyeshadow bases and really intensify the colour!
MAC Paint Pots now retail for £14 for 5g of product. I may do a little post on my small collection of paint pots!
The Glitter and Ice collection is still available in store and online so you may still be able to pick up this paint pot!
Do you have a love for paint pots?
♥
This is o lovely! Can't help but think that MAC products are a little overpriced sometimes though.

That looks stunning. I have a similar product from Benefit. Their creaseless cream eyeshadow in birthday suit looks like a close match for it. If i didn't have it I would be rushing out to MAC to get my hands on this.

That is so pretty! I would definitely like to see what you have in your collection! I have soft ochre, rubenesque and bare study! Love them all!
ReplyDeleteI had the black paint pot but whilst shopping my stash last weekend I found it and it was all dried out :( I was so sad that this happened!
ReplyDeleteThis colour is gorge though hun
The whole range looks really similar to the Benefit creaseless cream shadows, I love those :) xx
ReplyDeletethis looks lovely! I've got the bare study paint pot and i really like how it brightens the colour of eyeshadows and helps them stay all day, but i love the taup colour of this one! xx

Nice color <3
ReplyDeleteSuch a fresh and glittery shade. I quite liked some of the colours in this collection. It's a different take on the dark festive colours you'd expect for winter.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colour. Would make a lovely base!
ReplyDeleteI havent tried any of their paint pots yet, the shades are so gorgeous, i love this one!

I love the names they give to them, they're always really sweet. I love the shade too, perfect for winter. xxx
ReplyDeleteI don't use many paint pots but i like the consistency of them

It looks gorgeous. x
ReplyDeleteMorning Frost has become one of my winter staples. I use it as a brow highlighter mostly & blend over it with a powder closer to my skin tone. Paint pots are the way forward and offer great consistency if you stick to the high end stuff like MAC.
